Contracts typically include:

• Weekly mowing and edging during the growing season (and as necessary in winter months)
• Regularly scheduled fertilizer treatments (including a wide array of organic options) for turf and shrubs
• Weed control within turf and shrub beds
• Routine shrubbery pruning
• Autumn leaf removal
• Irrigation Services, including annual start-up and shut-downs with regular monitoring to ensure optimal results
